PROGRAMMING FEATURES
Another cool feature of the X-Ride is the Muscle Endurance program. The program acts like a personal trainer that prompts you to cross-train with random commands to push and pull with your arms, pedal fast, go in reverse, use a wider grip and more. This interval program can really help to keep you motivated and prevent boredom.
Other programming features include the Leg Press and Chest Press programs. Both these programs build upper and lower body muscles with intervals of 10-15 repetitions. You can set the number of repetitions you want do as well as the resistance level. There are also fat burn, custom interval, beginner and heart rate control programs: something for everyone!

I would choose the X-Ride over a bike; however when it comes to treadmills it all depends on the individual. If you have any injuries the low-impact X-Ride is perfect. If you’re a runner the X-Ride also offers awesome cross-training to allow the body a break. If you can manage, a treadmill and the X-Ride would be perfect! The X-Ride does offer a lower perceived exertion than the treadmill, a smaller footprint, and a much quieter operation.
All in all, the X-Ride delivers two awesome workouts in one space-efficient, quiet and virtually maintenance-free package. It’s definitely something you have to come in and try to fully appreciate so stop by Fitness Town anytime and check out the new X-Ride from Octane Fitness.
